mixed feelings about this hotel

the location was convenient for accessing the theme parks (a definite plus with kids).

The check-in process was slow. It took about 45 minutes. we had a major flood in our room one morning because of heavy rain and poor drainage. The ceiling leaked and the floor was ankle-deep in water. staff moved us to another room but the whole experience was stressful.

i found the breakfast had good variety.. the dining area was organized well. the hotel's location connected well to etihad arena. the staff were helpful and friendly too.

the spa services closed early, so i couldn't use them late at night.

The room cleaning was not up to standard. The flooring was noticeably dirty upon arrival. I found the beds were not particularly comfortable. These issues detracted from the overall quality I expect from a hotel in this category.
